A CHARTER ORDINANCE REGULATING TRAFFIC FINES AND COURT COSTS WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF THAYER, KANSAS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF THAYER, KANSAS:

SECTION 1. The City of Thayer, Kansas, by the power vested in it by Article 12, Section 5, of the Constitution of the State of Kansas, hereby elects to amend the schedule of fines and court costs heretofore set by the Governing Body of the city, for such offenses which are classified as traffic infractions and for certain other violations, as follows:

SPEEDING MPH in a 30 MPH Zone

SECTION 2. The amount of court costs heretofore set by the Governing Body is hereby amended to the sum of $50.00 per case filed in the Municipal Court of the City of Thayer.
